Not a complete beginner, maybe you played when you were younger or play at a social level, if so this tennis program is ideal for you. You will be able to play in a group with similar level players whilst learning new skills and getting tips from a coach. Sessions follow a progressive set of lesson plans covering different courts situations and tactics involved in tennis.
Group lessons consist of 4 players of approx. same abilities. These players can be friends or just players that were put together as a group by the academy. These lessons are full of drills especially for the beginner level, whilst many game situations for those having an advanced level. During these lessons players compete but at the same time have fun, learn, and improve together. Regarding those adults wishing to compete at national or international competitions, a specialised programme can be put together depending on the type and level of competition players would like to compete in.
Training takes place 3 times per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 11 am.The minimum hours of monthly training are 18 hours, both tennis, physical and psychological preparation. We train 3 times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Both singles and doubles play patterns are developed through a progressive use of tactical dead ball, live ball and competitive decision making drills.
These adult tennis programs feature stroke development and refinement for both basic and advanced skills, the use of spin, repetitive/tactical drills and some competitive situations. These clinics are a great opportunity to build solid technique and to learn new skills.
Using a technical/tactical approach, you will work on advanced stroking techniques for the production of spin and power. You will be exposed to a combination of advanced skill progressions, repetitive drilling and situational play.
